Terms of Service

Google Business Profile Integration

These Terms of Service are between you and Go! Fetch LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Go!Fetch,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using Go!Fetch, including signing up on our website or connecting a Google Business Profile, you agree to the following terms:

Google Business Profile Integration

The sections below apply to the Google Business Profile features of the Go!Fetch platform, which let you connect a Google Business Profile and review and respond to customer reviews with AI assistance.

Google API Alignment

By connecting a Google Account to Go!Fetch, you agree to abide by Google's own terms governing that connection, including the Google Terms of Service, the Google Maps User Generated Content Policy, and the Google Business Profile Additional Terms of Service.

Content Responsibility & AI Disclosure

Go!Fetch uses AI models to assist in drafting review responses on your behalf. AI-drafted content may be inaccurate or may not reflect your intended tone. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before they are published to your live, public Google Business Profile. You assume full responsibility and liability for the final text published to your profile, including content published automatically under the optional four- and five-star auto-approve setting described in our Privacy Policy, which you enable entirely at your own discretion and may disable at any time.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Go!Fetch to publish, and we strictly prohibit:

Account Ownership

You represent that you are the rightful owner of, or an authorized manager for, every Google Business Profile location you connect to Go!Fetch, and that you have the authority to grant us access as described in this policy. You agree to disconnect any location for which your authority ends.

Signup, Fees & Billing

The sections below apply when you sign up for Go!Fetch on our website and pay the start-up fee and your monthly subscription.

Start-up Fee

Signing up requires a one-time start-up fee, paid at signup. At signup you choose one of two options: $1,000 (no commitment) or $500 (6-month commitment). The start-up fee is non-refundable. You confirm that you understand and accept this by checking a required box at signup; signup cannot be completed without it.

Monthly Subscription

Go!Fetch is offered as a single monthly subscription at $499 per month that includes all Go!Fetch features and 500 minutes per month of calls answered by Mia. Your first monthly charge is made automatically 45 days after your start-up fee is paid, whether or not your Go!Fetch service has launched by then. The subscription is then charged each month, at the price shown at signup, to the card you saved at signup, until it is cancelled. To cancel, email info@go-fetch.ai; cancellation stops charges from your next billing date.

6-Month Commitment

This section applies if you chose the $500 start-up option. You agree to six consecutive monthly payments of $499, starting with your first monthly payment. If you cancel, or your subscription ends because of non-payment, before all six payments have been made, any of the six monthly payments not yet made become due immediately, and you authorize Go! Fetch LLC to charge them to the card you saved at signup. After the sixth payment your subscription continues month to month until cancelled. To cancel, email info@go-fetch.ai; cancellation stops charges from your next billing date, subject to this section.

No-Commitment Option

If you chose the $1,000 start-up option, you may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@go-fetch.ai. Cancellation stops charges from your next billing date. The start-up fee remains non-refundable.

Additional Mia Minutes

If calls answered by Mia go over your included minutes in a month, Mia continues to answer your calls, and additional minutes are added automatically in blocks of 500 minutes at $100 per block. Each block is charged in full once it is added, whether or not all of its minutes are used, and there is no limit on the number of blocks added in a month. Blocks added during a month are charged on your next monthly invoice, to the card you saved at signup.

Payment Authorization

Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. By saving your card at signup, you authorize Go! Fetch LLC to charge that card for the start-up fee, for your monthly subscription, for any remaining commitment payments that become due under the 6-Month Commitment, and for any additional minute blocks added when you go over your included minutes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Go!Fetch is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for outages or errors in the Google Business Profile API, for Google's moderation, rejection, or removal of content, or for delays or delivery failures caused by your mobile carrier.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go! Fetch LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including the Google Business Profile integration.

Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Google Business Profile integration at any time. You may disconnect within the app or revoke access through your Google Account permissions page at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Go!Fetch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
